What Prosopeion stores
We store the account information needed for sign-in; the characters, campaigns, relationships, memories, images, and conversations you choose to save; settings and subscription status; and technical usage information needed to operate, secure, and meter the Service.
AI model processing
Prosopeion uses Google Gemini for character replies and optional AI-assisted creation. When you use those features, the relevant prompt, character information, campaign lore, relationships, saved memory, and conversation context may be sent to Google for processing. Do not submit confidential or sensitive personal information that you do not want processed by an AI provider.
Other providers
Supabase provides authentication and data storage, Stripe processes paid subscriptions, and Cloudflare supports security and abuse prevention. Each provider processes the information necessary for its role under its own terms and privacy practices.
Deleting your data
You can delete individual NPCs and chat threads in the app. To request deletion of your account and associated stored data, email info@dunhound.com from the email address connected to your account. We may retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or financial recordkeeping.
